Structure
The organisation itself has been developed to enable us to offer the very best service to customers. Five external contacts cover the United Kingdom with responsibility to work with our customers to help them to be successful. Each of those five has a dedicated colleague, based in the office, who is in more frequent contact with customers to ensure that our service to them is everything they would ask. These two are closely linked by means of the Business Contact Management facility so that each has immediate access to information recorded by each other. In their absence another colleague will have access to all of the history to ensure continuity for the customer.
