Carl F Investors in People audit success
Three years after achieving the business performance standard, Carl F Petersen has successfully retained recognition as an Investor in People. Following a scheduled assessment, Carl F was commended by the assessor for continuing to meet all of the IiP’s statutory requirements. Carl F’s on-going commitment to staff training and strategic development in the challenging conditions of the recession were also noted by the assessor.
As part of the detailed assessment, over 40% of employees were interviewed. Positive feedback from staff included the company’s management of change and continued open communication from senior management. Staff were particularly pleased with the volume and mix of internal /external training provided across the company.
