Carl F range extended with Exidor
Hardware distributor Carl F Petersen has extended its portfolio to include the British manufactured Exidor 500 series panic and emergency exit door hardware range.
The range has been selected by Carl F for the enhanced security offered by the heavy duty steel shootbolt based design. The Exidor series also features an automatic locking mechanism which activates spring loaded ‘firing’ of top and bottom shootbolts into custom made locking plates.
Carl F report that external access by key or code-locked keypad is possible and that the face fixed hardware is a cost effective, easy-to-install solution.
Certified to EN 179/EN 1125, standard units are suitable for doors up to 2440mm high and 1220mm wide in a choice of powder coated finishes.
In line with Carl F's hardware selection criteria, the British manufactured Exidor range combines style with quality engineering and an attention to detail that ensures optimum safety. Design options for timber, PVC and low thresholds are provided.
