A stable offer from Carl F
Carl F Petersen, the established supplier of window and door fittings, has introduced Fuhr stable door gearing and locking plates to its range. Benefits include seven locking points and the ability to retain an element of security while talking to a visitor.
Described by Carl F as the first purpose-designed hardware solution for stable doors, the company advises that Fuhr stable door gearing consists of two locking mechanisms that can operate in tandem, or independently, to provide flexibility and security.
For PVC-u and double rebated doors, the top section, available with lever/lever or split spindle operation, incorporates a hook, roller, latch and deadbolt. The lower section is key operated and offers the same locking points. Both locks have a 35mm backset.
