Safety, security and simplicity combine in the Carl F Trident
A new partnership between Carl F Petersen, the specialist hardware distributor and Siegenia - Aubi has resulted in the launch of the Carl F Trident. The window lock with optional restrictor which combines safety, security and simplicity is the latest addition to the Carl F fittings portfolio.
The Carl F Trident takes security hardware technology and strength previously only used in door locks and applies this to window hardware to provide an advanced security solution. Designed to create easier egress, the restrictor allows for emergency escape if required.
Additionally, vulnerable users such as the young or elderly are protected as the window opening can be restricted if required.
While offering all the performance benefits of security hardware, Carl F report that the product is simple to both fit and operate ensuring that valuable installation time is saved.
The Carl F Trident meets EN1627 requirements, it ensures that security windows are made to BS7950 standards and has Secured by Design approval.
