Carl F achieves IIP standard
Carl F Petersen, the specialist window and door hardware distributor, has achieved the Investors in People standard. Understanding that staff support is key to realising business goals, Carl F recognises that the staff communication, support and training initiatives, which form part of the IIP process, are key to the organisation's ongoing success.
Commenting on the achievement, Carl F Petersen's Sales Office Manager, Avril Reid said:
"This was a company wide achievement and all Carl F staff at our UK operation embraced the target, goal and feedback processes that contributed to gaining the standard. As a result of IIP accreditation, we have established clearer links between operational plans and individual's development strategies."
